What is Counselling?
Counselling offers a safe space in which you can explore all your issues – and enable you to make changes.
How many sessions will I need?
It varies from client to client. But the counselling space is yours – when you need it. In the first session I explain more about counselling and how we will work together. If you feel it is not for you there is no obligation to continue.
Some issues can be resolved in 4 to 6 sessions – some issues take longer.
But you are under no obligation to continue counselling – you can end at any time.
What can I expect to gain from Counselling?
Counselling is a process of learning – who you are – and who you want to be.
It can help you understand why you are the way you are – and if necessary – make changes.
If you have suffered a loss of any kind – it can help you make sense of things – and learn to find meaning in your life again.
I will never judge or advise you, just work with you at your pace – with whatever issues you bring to each session.
How much does it cost?
£35 per session
£45 per session
(all sessions – joint/individual)
£25 per session
Home visits can be arranged at additional supplement of £5.
How do I start?
Call on 07956 766858 or use the online form.
If you call and I am with clients please leave your name, telephone number and a convenient time to call and I will call you back.
You can ask any questions you wish and if you wish to proceed with an assessment you can then decide if Counselling is for you.
There is no obligation to proceed if you don’t want to.
To maintain confidentiality – if you do not wish me to contact you – just try to call at a later time. Alternatively you may send a text.
