What is Counselling?

Single Session Therapy (1 Hour @ £45 / 2 Hours & £85)
This is an opportunity to book just 1 session in which you can focus on one issue that’s causing you a problem.
It’s Solution Focused so the aim is to explore all the options and any effect they may have on you and those around you. It’s not counselling!
The aim is to leave the session with a range of options for you to consider.
You can book extra sessions if you wish to.
You can also transfer to counselling if you want to.
Individual Counselling (£40 Per 1 Hour Session)
You may be struggling with a few issues at the moment or maybe you have struggled all your life.
In our first session you explain what’s going on and we agree how we can work together.
I use a combination of counselling and coaching tailored to you personally.
You are under no obligation to continue if you feel it’s not for you.
If you do wish to continue we work at your pace with flexible appointments whenever you want them.
It’s an opportunity for you to understand what’s going wrong, identify triggers and enable change.
Couples/Relationship Counselling (£50 Per 1 Hour Session)
When a relationship breaks down it can affect every area of your life.
Especially when a partner feels they are to blame.
But we are all born unique – and life’s experience affects our values, principles and worldview. That’s why I will never blame either of you, it is the relationship that has broken down. We will have a joint session to start to outline the issues and get to know each other. This is followed by several ‘one-to-one’ sessions where you are free to discuss (in confidence) what’s going on for you. Sometimes only a few sessions are needed for you both to have a better understanding of what’s going on and make changes. Sessions are flexible and arranged to fit in with your commitments.

You can ask any questions you wish and if you wish to proceed with an assessment you can then decide if Counselling is for you.
